From the Marginalia Series – Fantasy Clay Sculptures on Books
Perched upon the back of a forgotten tome, The Amethyst Tower rises, a solitary spire of quiet power and shimmering possibility. Its roof, a soft purple glaze glints like a gemstone beneath moonlight. This is no fortress of grandeur, but a sanctuary of thought. A place where spells are studied slowly, tea is steeped by starlight, and magic hums softly through the stone.
The tower spirals upward, tiny windows are tucked between stone ridges, suggesting a life lived within: lantern-lit scrolls, wandering familiars, a wizard who prefers silence to spectacle.
This sculpture is a portal to a gentler kind of sorcery—rooted in curiosity, solitude, and the stories we carry.
